Hello! My name is Becky and I design with people—from high school students to teachers, city residents to government employees, physicians to caregivers of kids with asthma—to make schools, clinics, neighborhoods, and cities better and more equitable places.

I’m currently Senior Design Lead at the U.S. Department of Justice. My work is focused on bringing human-centered design methods and mindsets to DOJ to ensure that our touch points with the public are easy to access, effective, and efficient.Previously I worked as Associate Director of the Center for Social Design at MICA where
I led projects that brought students together with non-profits, private institutions, and public agencies to solve pressing social problems through human-centered design.
